The building design with terrace we visit with this article is a creation of M-Projects in collaboration with Larson Shores Architecture + Interiors. These two teams have designed and built a remarkable space, both from the standpoint of the decoration of the inside than the outside.
His photos could inspire our readers who are doing projects for the construction of a new residence.

The building, called Greenwich in 1864, is located in the city of San Francisco, the USA. Its design is meant to light, unpretentious, natural and daring. As in the case of building Art Shoppe + Condos in Toronto, to which we have devoted a recent article, this house has the objective to establish a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere blurring the barriers between parts of the interior and outside space.
Terrace design in natural materials
The building has four floors and includes everything needed for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle. In addition to rooms decorated with great attention almost exclusively with natural materials, it has a three-car garage, laundry rooms and parts for the construction of an office or artist studio.
View terrace design of the building
The terraces are without doubt one of the most interesting accents of that building. With views of the Golden Gate Bridge, a symbol of the creative center is today San Francisco, these terraces are made primarily with wood coatings. This decoration is accompanied by a natural green carpet and fresh plants that invite relaxation. Here now more images of this building inspiration:
